Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Haveli Anirudh's online store.

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4.2 Shipping Timelines

We ship across India through our logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

•        Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days;

•        Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days;

•        Remote or PIN codes with restricted serviceability: up to 10–12 business days.

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including logistical disruptions, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation. We periodically offer free shipping on orders above a specified threshold, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

4.4 Packaging

All products are shipped in tamper-evident glass jars, securely packed to minimise transit damage. We use bubble wrap and inner cushioning material to protect fragile packaging.

4.5 Order Tracking

A tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

4.6 Undelivered or Returned Shipments

In the event that a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-dispatch may be subject to an additional shipping charge.
