Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs purchases made from Haveli Anirudh, operated by ANIABH FOOD AND BEVERAGES LLP, through our online store and any other sales channels.

1.1 Exchange Policy (7-Day Window)

Haveli Anirudh offers a 7 (seven) day exchange window from the date of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds except in limited circumstances set out below. Products are eligible for exchange only where:

•        The exchange request is raised within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery as confirmed by the courier tracking record;

•        The product is received by the customer in a damaged, defective, or materially different condition from what was ordered; or

•        The product packaging is intact, the seal is unbroken, and the product has not been opened or used.

1.2 Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for exchange or refund:

•        Products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened;

•        Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or negligence after delivery;

•        Perishable goods that are past their stated best-before date at the time of the return request;

•        Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

1.3 Refund Eligibility

A full refund to the original payment method will be issued only where:

•        The product delivered is different from what was ordered and an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability; or

•        The product is damaged in transit and photographic evidence is submitted within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

1.4 How to Initiate an Exchange or Refund

To initiate an exchange or refund request, please contact us at havelianirudh@gmail.com within the applicable window with the following information: your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the product condition and packaging. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

1.5 Return Shipping

Where an exchange or refund is approved, we will arrange reverse pickup at no cost to the customer. Customers are requested not to ship products back without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.
