The brand "Haveli Anirudh" is a registered trademark of ANIABH FOOD AND BEVERAGES LLP.

6.2 Regulatory Compliance

Our food products are manufactured and sold in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSA), and applicable regulations issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Our FSSAI licence number is displayed on all product packaging.

6.3 Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address consumer complaints. Grievances may be addressed in writing to support@havelianirudh.com and will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 1 month of receipt.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from a transaction on this platform, we encourage customers to first contact our support team for resolution. If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be referred to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
