**Q1. What is Haveli Anirudh?**
We're a farm-to-jar artisan food brand from Bagru, Jaipur. Every product is made from amla (Indian gooseberry) grown on our own family orchard of 1,000+ trees — pure, preservative-free, and traditionally prepared.

**Q2. What products do you make?**
Amla Murabba, Amla Pickle, Amla Chunda, Amla Launji, Amlaprash, and Amla Candy.

**Q3. Are your products preservative-free?**
Yes — completely. We use no artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours. Just amla, time-honoured recipes, and care.

**Q4. Are they sweetened with sugar or jaggery?**
Our sweet products (Murabba, Chunda, Candy, Amlaprash) are sweetened with jaggery, not refined sugar. The Pickle is salt and spice based.

**Q5. Are the products vegetarian?**
Yes, 100% vegetarian. They're also free from onion and garlic.

**Q6. What are the health benefits of amla?**
Amla is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, traditionally valued for immunity, digestion, hair, and skin. Our products let you enjoy these benefits the natural, tasty way.

**Q7. Is it suitable for diabetics?**
Our sweet products contain natural jaggery and are high in sugars, so they aren't low-sugar foods. Please consult your doctor before adding them to a diabetic diet.

**Q8. What is the shelf life?**
6 months from the date of packaging when stored as directed. The exact date is printed on every jar.

**Q9. How should I store the products after opening?**
Keep in a cool, dry place, use a clean dry spoon each time, and close the lid tightly. Refrigeration after opening keeps them fresh longer.

**Q10. Do you deliver across India?**
Yes, we deliver pan-India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered in 3-5 days depending on your pincode.

**Q11. What are the shipping charges?**

**Q12. What payment methods do you accept?**
UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets — all secure. On WhatsApp, we can also send you a direct payment link.

**Q14. What if my jar arrives damaged?**
We're sorry if that happens! Please share a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

**Q15. Do you take bulk or corporate gifting orders?**
Yes — we love festive and corporate gifting (Diwali, weddings, hampers). Message us with quantity and timeline for a custom quote.
