For centuries, Indian kitchens have turned the season's freshest amla into glistening preserves — whole fruits slow-steeped in jaggery syrup, thick jammy relishes, and spoonable tonics. Each one is a different expression of the same fruit, shaped by a different recipe and a different moment in the meal.

Our Preserves & Murabbas collection brings four of those classics together:

  • Amla Murabba — Whole amla slow-preserved in jaggery syrup. The original rasayana. Silky, sweet, deeply nourishing. No refined sugar. One per day is an Ayurvedic ritual.
  • Amla Chunda — Hand-grated amla sun-cooked with jaggery and warm spices into a thick, jammy relish. Sweet-tangy, spoonable, an all-rounder on every thali.
  • Amla Launji — A sweet-spicy festival relish of amla, jaggery and whole spices. The classic Rajasthani accompaniment to puri, paratha and festive meals.
  • Amlaprash — Amla blended with jaggery and pure desi ghee into a warm, spoonable immunity tonic. Your daily rasayana ritual, reimagined.

Amla is revered in Ayurveda as a rasayana — a rejuvenator traditionally said to balance all three doshas, support natural immunity, and kindle digestive fire.
