Some jars don't need sweetness. They need bite. Our Pickles & Relishes collection brings you two of the most craveable ways to eat amla — a fiery hand-pickled achar and a chatpata sun-dried snack — both made with zero preservatives and the same farm-fresh amla.

  • Amla Pickle — Single-origin amla hand-cut and slow-matured in pungent mustard oil with a bold Rajasthani masala: mustard seeds, fenugreek, red chilli, turmeric and asafoetida. The achar that earns a permanent spot on your table. Pairs with paratha, dal-rice, curd rice or khichdi. Contains mustard.
  • Amla Candy — Farm-grown amla, sun-dried and rolled in a zingy sweet-and-salty spice mix. The chatpata Vitamin C snack you can feel great about — naturally rich in Vitamin C (~38 mg per piece). Great as a midday snack, post-meal mouth freshener, or lunchbox staple.

Amla is revered in Ayurveda as a rasayana — a rejuvenator traditionally said to balance all three doshas, support natural immunity, and kindle digestive fire.
